Last year Jim had the opportunity to do some work with a really interesting guy named Gary Nabhan. He's a well known ethnobotanist involed with Slow Food and the RAFT (Renewing America's Food Traditions) Project. The spent a few days talking with old timers in the Appalachians about apples.
